One key aspect of servicing is to regularly replace the moulding head bushes. This will prevent a decline in condition of the moulding head, which could potentially cause excess vibration and wear of the pivot point for the head.

Ultimately, these issues will later affect the ability to fix the height of the moulding plate above the drum, leading to premature drum surface wear, and a costly repair bill.

This can be prevented by an EPP service visit, where consumable service parts are replaced religiously. Don’t forget, we also replace the backup battery to hold the product programs memory safe. You will realise the importance of this if you are unfortunate enough to have to re-enter all the programs after a power cut – quite a headache!
