EPP appoints new after sales manager

Dan Hampson strengthens team

European Process Plant (EPP) is delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Hampson as EPP’s new after sales manager. This customer-centric role supports EPP in developing all after sales and service sales aspects of the business. Additionally, Dan will be tasked with enhancing operations in all customer-facing areas to develop and personalise relationships with EPP customers.

Upon joining EPP, Dan expresses, “I am looking forward to being part of the EPP team and applying my customer-facing skills to strengthen business relationships. I pride myself on building customers’ confidence and am keen to aid business growth, which will allow us to further expand our talented team.”

Dan boasts more than seven years of experience in the service side of the packaging equipment industry before switching to a service and sales role in the bakery industry for 18 months. His expertise will be deployed to streamline processes and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of EPP’s customers.

“I look forward to taking ownership of my role and directly seeing the results in which my skills and duties to the business can provide,” adds Dan. “I am committed to reliability and honesty, allowing us to form deeper relationships built on trust.”
