Nothing beats testing your recipe on manufacturers’ equipment to provide you and your directors the confidence that your investment decision is the right one. Through our extensive network, we are able to offer amazing opportunities to see equipment first-hand and benefit from working with supplier technical teams and Master Bakers to run trials at test centres using full scale production equipment.
In addition to attending the test facility to run trials and meet directly with the supplier, we can arrange visits to installations across Europe, giving you the opportunity to see lines in production as well as being able to speak to the bakers using it. This will provide you with even more insight, greater understanding and, most importantly, confidence.
The advent of readily accessible online meeting platforms enables us to arrange for trials to be live streamed to you and your technical team. Discussions can be held with the supplier technical development teams, production runs can be undertaken, results can be analysed and then presented, all without you having to be physically present. Samples can then be sent directly to you where this is appropriate. This may be all that is required to accommodate your needs, or it may be the first step of a process to prove in principle a specific process step or product format.
Alternatively, it may be appropriate to arrange for loan equipment to be shipped to your site. Whilst this is normally more expensive, it does allow you to test product development in situ and linked directly with existing lines.
Within the UK
In the UK we have a selection of smaller equipment available in Oxfordshire where we can arrange tests and trials supported by a team of bakery experts. This means you can bring your team to see equipment and get them directly involved in testing.
As well as a range of mixing equipment and a Koenig MiniRex, there are an array of MIWE rack and deck ovens available for testing.
Our extensive network of partners across Europe gives us access to first class facilities, covering the full range of process equipment:
