European Process Plant (EPP) is now a full member of the Processing & Packaging Machinery Association (PPMA), an organisation run by the industry, for the industry since 1987. EPP will benefit from joining the association by gaining access to a host of industry resources as well as being able to develop business relationships at PPMA events and meetings throughout the year.

Steve Merritt, Managing Director of EPP, commented, “We are delighted to announce our membership to the PPMA, a respected and well-informed association that we are now proud to be part of. The PPMA has provided a good platform for many in the industry during the recent pandemic and the many challenges and demands that we have all encountered during this last 18 months, whether that be COVID-related challenges or keeping track of legislation changes through Brexit. The EPP team is looking forward to being an active member of the association and to sharing industry practices and experiences with other members.”

The PPMA act as a reliable, knowledgeable resource and advice platform for its 600+ industry member organisations. The association addresses current topical issues, in addition to offering a training academy that provides a range of practical and online learning modules and a place to network and share knowledge and experience. The PPMA is best known for its annual three-day industry event and conference – this year taking place at the NEC in Birmingham on 28-30 September 2021. Furthermore, the PPMA has its own industry magazine – Machinery Update, to share member news – look out for updates from the EPP team.
