Koenig delivers quality and efficiency for all Scottish Baker morning roll Award Winners

European Process Plant Ltd (EPP) congratulates all the bakers that took part in the recent 2022 Scottish Baker Awards, held at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel. The event, which celebrates the best and brightest in the Scottish baking industry, saw a host of EPP customers awarded for their bakery excellence.

“We are thrilled that so many of EPP’s Scottish customers were successful right across the product specific categories and in particular we applaud the success of ‘The Three Little Bakers of Inverness’ on being crowned as Scottish Baker of the Year,” says Steve Merritt, managing director of EPP. “We are particularly proud that all the national winners in the morning rolls category use Koenig roll plants to produce their award-winning products. Furthermore, all the best in region winners also rely on Koenig equipment.”
