The Scottish Bakers Annual Conference & Awards returns to Glasgow on Friday 10th May & Saturday 11th May at the Glasgow Hilton Hotel.

The EPP team will be on hand to discuss how it can support bakers in the region at the Exhibitor Showcase, as well as celebrate the best in Scottish baking. Many EPP customers have triumphed in the Scottish Bakers Awards in recent years.

Mich Turner MBE will be returning as conference and awards host, with content designed around the theme of ‘In the Mix: Bake to Innovate,’ focusing on innovation, consumers, insights, new product development, reformulation, and growth. The weekend will see a range of speakers and new interactive taster sessions.
