• The manufacturers have the best prices for genuine parts due to the bulk purchases they place
• All relevant parts are certified as food safe

• In the unlikely event of any issues with new spares, EPP have direct access to the OEMs
• As our parts are from Europe we have the import customs requirements in place for swift and efficient parts ordering

• Many parts can be air lifted for delivery next day in emergency situations and EPP holds a large stock of critical parts in its warehouses

• With the support from the manufacturers we can tailor recommended and critical spare parts packages for our customers
• At EPP our systems hold vast historical information to help us identify parts you require quickly and accurately, repeat orders are a piece of cake!

• In the rare cases a spare part becomes obsolete, the OEMs will source alternatives and even supply any fitting instructions and updated electrical drawings
